I like the way he divides the matter in 2 categories "access" and "excess".

He makes the matter simple and easy for people to understand.

We need Rand here in Oregon. Liberals here in Oregon have helped vote in liberal programs that Rand Paul and other conservatives are opposed to and the govt is prospering, but , people are destitute.

People leave the State of Oregon...only Michigan has a higher unemployment rate than Oregon... Don't come here until people vote these liberal jerks out !!!!
