yes. this is the building. it is a museum called shadhinata stambha, in Suhrawardy Uddyan, at the location where the Pakistan Army signed the surrender document.
What a great plan was taken for our future generation but for some reason it was not allowed to get it finished. So sad. The place was chosen just perfect. I think all Bangladeshi need to voice out for this monument to have been finished.
Did you mean that this building was started but stopped and no longer finished. What building is this and where it is?
