Scratches: Thank you so much!! Im glad you got so much out of it.
The video was taken with a Panasonic HDC-SD1 - a high-definition came that fits into my jeans pocket (barely). Uses AVCHD file format to fit about 40 minutes of video on a 4GB SD card - mucho useful as those are small and cheap. The sound IS nice and records in 5.1 surround sound. Battery life is about 80 min. Only thing I dont like is that editing the AVCHD files later takes a serious workstation - a laptop wont cut it.
I use Pinnacle Studio (ver 11 before, now 12). I had XP, 4GB of Ram, a GeForce 8800 GT, and a dual core proc....and it still sucked. Going to 4 cores seems to have helped, though, the the editing has become - if not reasonable - at least realistic. :)
jack - this is absolutely fantastic, very professional from start to end! so well done! unfortunetly, i havent gotten to see this song live, but you made me feel like i was in the crowd :D, which is hard to do on a youtube video.
what camera are you using? it takes stunning video, the audio is superb. not even the bass is distorted!
Elvis: Yeah! Im glad you swung over from your side of the bar partition! It was definitely a classic show. Thanks for commenting on the blog, btw. Ill shoot you an email soon.
Takerele: Thank the Cure, not me, but Im happy you appreciate it!
Nice work here Jack! Great to meet you all at Rosie O'Grady's on Saturday Night!!! The MSG show was my favorite Cure show of all time, and not to be undersocred is one of the main reasons would be the band opening with this absolutely perfect song....
5***** production.
