Turn off "Sync every frame" and "Anisotropic filtering" if you have them on.

turn off sync every frame and turn on dual cards(dual cards ALWAYS boost fps for3-10, you dont't need Dlights at Normal if you dont have shadows, put on low

i have a Hp pavilion dv6000/ 1.6ghz AMD turion 64x2 dual core TL-50/ Nvidia Geforce go 6150/ 1gb ram/ windows vista ultimate custom and i can play online not that great but OK not much lag at all :) but on single play i get loads of lag which sucks ass :(

Look at games that say on the back in the minimum settings section: 128mb 6600gt. It will run on low (maybe medium or even high) settings at a low - medium resolution. I got the same card and Spore, PES 2010, FEAR all run great.

7150m is an integrated card and is terrible. There are integrated cards manufactured today are so much better. And if possible, just avoid integrated cards generally.

U cant do anything about it buy ur laptop or desktop PC a new video card i recomend that go to bestbuy . com or tigerdirect . com and look for any good video cards there are some video cards that are 49.99$ and its a 1gb ddr2 video card and a 512mb at 39 or 34.99$

Definitely, I keep an actual fan next to my laptop's heat vents, and I can play a lot of games with at least double the fps of what it would be if it weren't being cooled. I have the same specs as, except 2gb ram.

mmm i would recommend changing ur dedicated memory from 64MB to 128MB on ur BIOS and update your drivers i have 177.92 it did made improvements on speed i recorded the video b4 these upgrades tho

well i can say change ur dedicated memory from 64 to 128MB in ur BIOS exit out of EVERY program in ur pc, turn windows aero off and in ur task manager go to processes fin COD4 and change the priority to high hope that helps =)

man i have a game called rainbow six las vegas the first one. my computer plays it so choppy i even droped 2gbs of ram because i thought that was the problem it ran a bit better but still choppy and i had all settings on the lowest they could go i mean everything.

Sometimes graphics cards arent the problem, an example is the hp pavilions rmm..... forgot the name but it has 1.86 ghz duo 2 gig ram and a decent vid card but it just isnt a gaming computer and plain sucks :)

i doubt he tweaked. my 6150 GO ran it a lil faster than his vid. hes would be faster but hes usin fraps. i used the same settings hes usin. the 6150 GO and 7150M are VERY simialar. 7150M is a lil faster tho. my friedns 7000M plays crysis on low decently. this guys 7150M should play crysis on low settins decently too

if you can run cod4 you can run css cause cod4 is more gpu dependant and css is cpu dependant so that means you can.

almost any pc or laptop can run css fine. even an intel x3100 video card can run css on low settings well. its easier to see through smoke and thats what the pros use.

yes cs:s will work, but not with low detail and setting. i recommand puting "dxlevel 70" or "dxlevel 80" in steam. i got like 100-150 fps on maps like scoutknife

I did a full test, you usualy get around 11-20fps outside and 24-40 fps inside building on the those settings. You can change it to

800x600 and get playable framerates with all texures turned up to extra, with:

shadows off

sync ever frame off

glow off

model detail medium

water detail low

number of dynamic lights low

Yeah I noticed the performance increased in the enclosed areas.

Yeah tweaking the bios settings was one of the first things i did when i learned about my integrated burden.

Im so buying a gaming pc!

Btw, UT2004 runs at an average of 30fps on the 7150m.
