@Pinoy24Ako broken down its a backlip superman indian air , an indian air is a super man but instead of your legs straight out, they are crossed like if you pause it at 0:35 instead of out to the side its straight back in the superman but crossed legs, travis pastrana sorta made the trick, hope that explains it :)

they give the rider leverage when doing tricks like superman backflips and makes it easier for them to get back on the bike

flip pendulum is his most technical trick but there isisnt many people that pull it on bmx, mtb, or fmx.its a varition into a flip so the varition of the trick is so tech.
