@jovon1996 everything from the two games. I always thought Samus was awesome when I played Super Smash Bros. (Baller game by the way ;) and I always used her. I did some research, I knew what Metroid was and I did know a little about it. I always have love Halo, and in my opinion its better.

what we don't know, is who's more powerful between the Forerunner and the Chozo.
currently, the Forerunner would be winning in that regard. mostly due to the fact so little is known about the Chozo, or their technology before they started regressing.
except if you've seen the Forerunner from Halo legends: Origins, or read the Halo Novel: Cryptum, you'd know that the forerunner are well above the Space pirates technologically, have largers forces than the space pirates, larger and more powerful weapons and armors.

The green plasma beam is in all the main metroid games. it isn't in the metroid prime sub series, unlike the Metroid prime's red plasma beam, it isn't super heated, it instead has an extremely high piercing quality.
it's in Super metroid, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero mission, and Metroid Other M (only green when not mixed with wave or ice beams, except in Metroid Other M when even when comebined, it's always green)
it's both stronger than the Nova beam, and has MUCH better piercing power.
Metroid won't be killable by infantry weapon in halo, true, but Metroids are still not invincible. Large scale weapons can still do the Job. maybe a Covenant glassing beam, MAC cannon, Nova and shiva nukes definately.
and, actually not all metroid have the ability to turn into ghosts. only those exposed to enough phazon, but they trade this ghost like trait for vulnerabiliy. the very phazon that gave them this ghost ability makes those types of metroids vulnerable too infantry weapons. they can be gunned down. it'll take a lot, but doable.
which after Metroid prime 3, there is no more phazon.

at first? yes they likely would not resort to using nukes, but they definately would to "sterilize" an entire area if necessary. well Nukes are an overstatement of what is required to harm metroids, but it is indeed massive weapons required if of all Samus' weapons only the Power bombs can harm a infant metroid, and at that it requires like 5?
the only way to kill a metroid "easily" is with cold based weapons. it otherwise requires extremely heavy firepower.

Metroid can fly, but not paticulary fast and they are honestly not that hard to hit, they will not be able to escape large blasts of a nuke.
and the UNSC do have means to destroy entire planets, as a last case scenario and they are not beyond it, they were at one point planning to take out all the covenant on reach by destroying the entire planet. Metroid's ability of flight isn't strong enough to leave the planet.
I've played through the metroid series, and besides Samus' powersuit compared to Forerunner thus far, I've not see something the Forerunner haven't built something better than. we don't honestly know how powerful the Chozo were in their prime for all we know they were not as good as the Forerunner, or vice versa. and based on Halo Cryptum, the forerunner simply outstrip the Luminoth, as they'd have the luminoth outnumbers, and have displayed superior technology thus far.
and then there is the Precursors, which were a race more advanced than Halo's Forerunners.
yes, the Chozo could probably take out the covenant based on what little we know of them, but there is no way to prove they're better than the forerunners or precusors.
and I don't find Gorea unstoppable, Honestly Dark Samus was stronger than him and he was taken out by the Omega cannon, which to me doesn't feel much stronger than a power bomb from Other M.

The only one you listed there that cannot be killed is Dark Samus, as she can survive anything short of total sub atomic destruction, which isn't possible.
Samus is killable, fucking hard but doable, same with Gandrayda. they are not invincible
Aero troopers are not all that powerful, they just fly, Covenant has Elite Rangers that can do the exact same thing.
Warp Hounds are not hard, just annoying, a character who keeps their wits about them can defeat them easy enough.

i said ADVANCED aero troopers because everything and anything bounces off of it except hyperbeam and rockets. and they are a hard target to hit if u dont have a targeting system. ALSO warphounds will mess up any electrical equipment they have. NOW WHAT!!!
didn't say the Halo characters could do it easily, I just said it's possible.
Areo troopers are not hard to hit, I don't even bother with the lock on most of the time when fighting them, as they can break out of lock on. besides Spartans and ODST's have a targeting system, just not in gameplay.
moreso, the armor is resistant to beams, weak against explosives, yet says ~NOTHING~ about ballistics, doesn't say everything but missiles and hyper beam, it specifically states it's good against beams.
know what it says about the advanced armor in the scan logs?
That it it blocks beams, and is vulnerable to explosives.
says nothing about blocking everything, it only mentions it's resistant to beams.
by the logic of how it's written in the game, if it's a beam it's repelled, if it's a missile it deals extra damage, if it's anything else it'll deal normal damage.
@galestin on wikipedia it says "advanced aero troopers are armed with additional layers of armor that can only be breached with missiles." im just following what it says, and i beat every metriod from prime to corruption. so based on what happened when i fought them.....it can "only be breached with missiles" ha X_X
and hyper beam, and probably federation weapons if they can pierce the shield pirates shield while it's up, which that shield is supposed to be immune too everything accept hyper mode weapons (fuck, they're immune to Samus' ship missiles to when they're holding up their shield, which doesn't make a lick of sense).
tempted to try the screw attack when I get far enough into the game, as if the screw attack works, the energy sword would likely work too.
so, regardless, there are PLENTY of explosive weapons in Halo, handful of them have targeting systems and homing system that home better than Samus' metroid prime 3 missiles (by a lot).
I also forgot the Spartan laser, might be a beam, but it's impact is explosive and piercing in nature.
Warphounds ability to cause interferance is actually less effective against a spartan than Samus.
Spartan and ODST armor is insulated, so it won't power down under EMP or electrical interferance, and they can still see through their visors when hit by such effects, unlike Samus who gets stuck staring at a screen of static. they're HUD just disapears for a second at worst.
"Hard to hit" is a relative term that varies from person to person.
you say they are hard to hit, I disagree, I find fighting them without using the lock-on easier.
your not taking into consideration that Spartans, and most ODST, are trained soldiers, with the spartans being super soldiers with enhanced abilities, and will be more accurate than you or me, especially since they use weapons with faster travel time than Most of Samus' weapons.
Nothing says that bullets they can't penetrate Pirate armor.
especially since Other M depicts the galactic federation still issuing bullets, which have been noted to kill creatures tougher than the space pirates.
as well as the UNSC has in their possession, though low in quantity, rail guns? bullets projected via magnetic rail, meaning faster and harder than the gunpowder ones used in game.
So far one type of sniper and their gauss turrets use this technology.

Rocket launcher, grenade launcher, Fuel-rod cannon, Plasma launcher, Brute-shot, plasma/spike/frag grenades, missile pod launcher, concussion rifle, some of these have their own targeting system you deem necessary.
and that's just to name the infantry weapons. not including vehicles.
Within the novels, there was also explosive rounds for normal gun, plasma pistols overcharge would likely shut down the pirates jet system since have never been noted to be immune to EMP, spartan can jump high enough if one is dumb enough to sweep to low (and they usually do) and bludgeon it to the ground and beat the shit out of it (Advanced armor doesn't make them immune to being beat around, according to the Berserker Knights killing them by throwing them)
No Space pirate, even the ones with the shields that render them immune to all of Samus' weapons except the hyper beam, are immune to Galactic federation energy weapons. during that scene where you have to protect the Demolition troopers they can damage Pirates that when Samus normally couldn't without having to do something special.
so it seems that they don't even list the acceptions for the space pirates vulnerabilities, mean you would never know if bullets could work.
usable vehicles in game that could harm the Advanced pirates armor is the Scorpion tank, the Banshii's fuel rod round, Rocket-warthog (both versions), Revenant, Wraith, Hornet, and Saber. just to name the ones from the games, not including stuff from the books or short films (like the Booster Frame).
Warphounds may be able to teleport, but their attacks are actually stupidly slow and easy to avoid, even without dashing. you could figthing one and using nothing but the control stick and the A button and not get hit very easily, the only hard thing about them is that they are a tad on the durable side, but seeing as their easy to dodge and predictable, it just takes time to defeat them, and not a whole lot of skill.

Gandrayda's ability to morph hasn't given her any form immune to any means offense that is owned by the UNSC or Covenant infantry aresonel.
I don't think she has a single invulnerable form, sure certain forms, like Ghor, have certain weakspots, but none of which require a highly specific weapon.
if they trick her out into the open, a longsword orbital bombardment would severely hurt her regardless of form.
while 75 children were drafted into the program, less than half of them actually made it to the Status "Spartan-II" as most either died or were mutated, mangled, and disfigured by the augmentations gone wrong.
There were hundreds of Spartan-III's though. I think like 3 companies of roughly 300 each.
sam is also a class 2 spartan guy. also ou forgot the best class 2 spartan john aka master chief sam is the biggest strongest spartan. he was johns best friend in the first book. its sad he was the first spartan to die against the covenant.
I know he died, he had a pretty crappy one too, he could have lived if they'd found a way to seal of armor. I bet the could have managed welding a plate to his chest using one of the covenant plasma weapons, but they were short on time.
John isn't the best spartan, he's considered well rounded and a good leader, all the rest is luck.

Yes, he's far from the last spartan, the ones I can name of the top of my head are Fred, Linda, Kelly, Naomi, Nicole (though non cannon), I believe those are all Spartan II's, I don't know the names of the spartans III's, Ghosts of Oynx is the only book I don't have though XP. can't find it.
With a Spartan's repressed sex drive concieving a child would be rather difficult, and it's unknown if Samus' augmentations effect her reproductive system in anyway.

According to the most recent game, Samus has what just might be precognitive senses. similar to a Jedi's ability to block without being able to see. Samus can evade what she cannot see or hear with an ability called (in game mentioned and everything) "Sense Move" which can be preformed with or without armor.

Besides his people are mastering instant portal travel try to shield a power that rips space time continuum open. In the end it's not always about the raw power you have but about many other things sure she has a higher chance to win but one weakness found and both master chief and freeman could beat her.

So far, Samus has less weaknesses than Gordan or Master Chief. And Samus has a tool that specifically locates them and tell her all the scientific facts about the gear, weapons, and biology of who or what she's just used it on.
No protection in the "Half-life Series" as even the gravity gun itself isn't designed to be a weapon, no ones built a method of defense for it, and certainly not it super state/
Samus gravity suit negates manipulated forces of gravity, so there's protection from such things in the Metroid series.

master cheif has exterminated 1 parasitic alien race samus has exterminated at least 3 samus' armor is way better than chiefs allowing her to do some really cool shit and hers has a built in weapons system complete with bombs plasma beam ice beam super rockets ect. Also samus' is alot more durable than chief will ever be taking massive amounts of damage in the form of rockets and even LAVA and she still keeps comming so its not fair to chief to pit him against this woman shaped battering ram
if its vs their games, thats pointless since its generally opinion, however if its the characters themselves, such as Samus vs MC, Samus would be the clear winner.
She doesnt need the screw attack to win, the screw attack tends to make her invulnerable to many attacks, and the Spartan Laser takes too long to charge

-Not strong enough to kill Samus with even a couple direct hits. She's from a universe that is in general more advanced. And even within her own universe she's notoriously durable.

the scarab gun is a non cannon (ergo he wouldn't even have it) and while powerful, it doesn't make up for his actual issue in combat vs Samus, his own frailty.
Samus has been hit by scaran tank/gun sized beams before, got up and kept fighting.
chief takes a considerably smaller amount of firepower too kill.
infact, chief wouldn't be able to use it in close quarters, the scarab gun's blast radius would kill him.
Samus is faster than him, he wouldn't be able too shake her.

Technically darkburst opens a rift to "another dimension", not a black hole, so she wouldn't necessarily be affected. Her suit could also just adapt to it, considering that it can scan objects and somehow discover virtually everything about them.
A better thing to do to Chiefs weapons would be to fry them on the spot! LOL! They aren't resistant to plasma as far as I know XD. As soon as he wips out his spartan laser, Samus can just shoot it. When Chief runs out of weapons, the fights over. And she wouldn't even need to kill him.
Samus has ten suits, fourteen energy tanks, homing ice and seeker missiles, nineteen beams (with missile combos that can make black holes, suns, super missiles,etc.), a hypermode that makes her basically invulnerable, the ability to run faster than the speed of sound, the ability to wall jump, the ability to roll into a ball and drop bombs, a grapple beam that can rip armor of enemies and overload them with energy, and a ship with its own missiles and grapple beam.
@StannumApple ya and master chief has a single Mk.6 perfected armor and lets not forget he has human genetic advancements. and hes taken down an entire race, several corvettes18 times at least the size of the weird crab ship samus fly's. i don't recall samus has explosive ordnance protecting shields. chief has armor lock that allows him to be invincible. lets be realistic for a minute if samus made a black hole wouldn't she die. i know chief seams un real buts its 500 years in the future
@BlackYoshi2 spartans are the ultimate warriors theyre made for the most intense of situasions. if they tear a ligement or dislocate somthing it doesnt fase them they will just keep coming at u. example: in one of th halo novels the spartan james gets his arm blown off by a hunter. wat happens next? he jumps out of nowhere and owns the hunter in th bak. no petty bounty hunter can beat a human tank made to destroy all in their path made to feel neither fear nor pain. there ive proven my point

@jackofhalo The only thing that matters is that Samus is much more durable than master chief is, and can outlast him in any situation. Even if he survived long enough to do any significant damage, she could enter hypermode and also become invulnerable while corrupting him with an extremely mutagenic substance. Armor lock won't protect against cancer. . Anyway, she can pull all of his weapons out of his hands with grapple beam, so he can't do anything, even if invincible.

sure, current time, the space pirates and the Galactic federation are more advanced than the Covenant or UNSC.
what we don't know, is who's more powerful between the Forerunner and the Chozo.
currently, the Forerunner would be winning in that regard. mostly due to the fact so little is known about the Chozo, or their technology before they started regressing.

except if you've seen the Forerunner from Halo legends: Origins, or read the Halo Novel: Cryptum, you'd know that the forerunner are well above the Space pirates technologically, have largers forces than the space pirates, larger and more powerful weapons and armors.

meh, Green Chozo Plasma beam + Wave beam combined > Nova + Ghor's plasma beam, it penetrates just about everything.
I don't know where people got it into their head, but besides a very minor damage boost, the Nova beam only penetrates Phazite.

The green plasma beam is in all the main metroid games. it isn't in the metroid prime sub series, unlike the Metroid prime's red plasma beam, it isn't super heated, it instead has an extremely high piercing quality.
it's in Super metroid, Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero mission, and Metroid Other M (only green when not mixed with wave or ice beams, except in Metroid Other M when even when comebined, it's always green)
it's both stronger than the Nova beam, and has MUCH better piercing power.

Metroid won't be killable by infantry weapon in halo, true, but Metroids are still not invincible. Large scale weapons can still do the Job. maybe a Covenant glassing beam, MAC cannon, Nova and shiva nukes definately.

Not if they got far away and used it.
and, actually not all metroid have the ability to turn into ghosts. only those exposed to enough phazon, but they trade this ghost like trait for vulnerabiliy. the very phazon that gave them this ghost ability makes those types of metroids vulnerable too infantry weapons. they can be gunned down. it'll take a lot, but doable.
which after Metroid prime 3, there is no more phazon.

at first? yes they likely would not resort to using nukes, but they definately would to "sterilize" an entire area if necessary. well Nukes are an overstatement of what is required to harm metroids, but it is indeed massive weapons required if of all Samus' weapons only the Power bombs can harm a infant metroid, and at that it requires like 5?
the only way to kill a metroid "easily" is with cold based weapons. it otherwise requires extremely heavy firepower.

Metroid can fly, but not paticulary fast and they are honestly not that hard to hit, they will not be able to escape large blasts of a nuke.
and the UNSC do have means to destroy entire planets, as a last case scenario and they are not beyond it, they were at one point planning to take out all the covenant on reach by destroying the entire planet. Metroid's ability of flight isn't strong enough to leave the planet.

Dark Metroids won't exist beyond the planet Aether, as the Ing have been completely destroyed, new Dark Metroids cannot be created.
Beserker lords (and their precurors, Elite pirates) also cannot be replicated without Phazon, as it has been removed from the universe.
but otherwise, again, Artillery grade weapons can handle a berserker Lord and metroids.
I do not doubt, that UNSC or covenant infantry will not be able to handle them without extreme ordinance.

I've played through the metroid series, and besides Samus' powersuit compared to Forerunner thus far, I've not see something the Forerunner haven't built something better than. we don't honestly know how powerful the Chozo were in their prime for all we know they were not as good as the Forerunner, or vice versa. and based on Halo Cryptum, the forerunner simply outstrip the Luminoth, as they'd have the luminoth outnumbers, and have displayed superior technology thus far.

yes, the Chozo could probably take out the covenant based on what little we know of them, but there is no way to prove they're better than the forerunners or precusors.
and I don't find Gorea unstoppable, Honestly Dark Samus was stronger than him and he was taken out by the Omega cannon, which to me doesn't feel much stronger than a power bomb from Other M.

The only one you listed there that cannot be killed is Dark Samus, as she can survive anything short of total sub atomic destruction, which isn't possible.
Samus is killable, fucking hard but doable, same with Gandrayda. they are not invincible
Aero troopers are not all that powerful, they just fly, Covenant has Elite Rangers that can do the exact same thing.
Warp Hounds are not hard, just annoying, a character who keeps their wits about them can defeat them easy enough.

Areo troopers are not hard to hit, I don't even bother with the lock on most of the time when fighting them, as they can break out of lock on. besides Spartans and ODST's have a targeting system, just not in gameplay.
moreso, the armor is resistant to beams, weak against explosives, yet says ~NOTHING~ about ballistics, doesn't say everything but missiles and hyper beam, it specifically states it's good against beams.

by the logic of how it's written in the game, if it's a beam it's repelled, if it's a missile it deals extra damage, if it's anything else it'll deal normal damage.

and hyper beam, and probably federation weapons if they can pierce the shield pirates shield while it's up, which that shield is supposed to be immune too everything accept hyper mode weapons (fuck, they're immune to Samus' ship missiles to when they're holding up their shield, which doesn't make a lick of sense).
tempted to try the screw attack when I get far enough into the game, as if the screw attack works, the energy sword would likely work too.

so, regardless, there are PLENTY of explosive weapons in Halo, handful of them have targeting systems and homing system that home better than Samus' metroid prime 3 missiles (by a lot).

Warphounds ability to cause interferance is actually less effective against a spartan than Samus.
Spartan and ODST armor is insulated, so it won't power down under EMP or electrical interferance, and they can still see through their visors when hit by such effects, unlike Samus who gets stuck staring at a screen of static. they're HUD just disapears for a second at worst.

"Hard to hit" is a relative term that varies from person to person.
you say they are hard to hit, I disagree, I find fighting them without using the lock-on easier.
your not taking into consideration that Spartans, and most ODST, are trained soldiers, with the spartans being super soldiers with enhanced abilities, and will be more accurate than you or me, especially since they use weapons with faster travel time than Most of Samus' weapons.

Nothing says that bullets they can't penetrate Pirate armor.
especially since Other M depicts the galactic federation still issuing bullets, which have been noted to kill creatures tougher than the space pirates.
as well as the UNSC has in their possession, though low in quantity, rail guns? bullets projected via magnetic rail, meaning faster and harder than the gunpowder ones used in game.
So far one type of sniper and their gauss turrets use this technology.

and that's just to name the infantry weapons. not including vehicles.
so explosive weapons are not in short supply.

Within the novels, there was also explosive rounds for normal gun, plasma pistols overcharge would likely shut down the pirates jet system since have never been noted to be immune to EMP, spartan can jump high enough if one is dumb enough to sweep to low (and they usually do) and bludgeon it to the ground and beat the shit out of it (Advanced armor doesn't make them immune to being beat around, according to the Berserker Knights killing them by throwing them)

actually, fun fact.
No Space pirate, even the ones with the shields that render them immune to all of Samus' weapons except the hyper beam, are immune to Galactic federation energy weapons. during that scene where you have to protect the Demolition troopers they can damage Pirates that when Samus normally couldn't without having to do something special.
so it seems that they don't even list the acceptions for the space pirates vulnerabilities, mean you would never know if bullets could work.

usable vehicles in game that could harm the Advanced pirates armor is the Scorpion tank, the Banshii's fuel rod round, Rocket-warthog (both versions), Revenant, Wraith, Hornet, and Saber. just to name the ones from the games, not including stuff from the books or short films (like the Booster Frame).

Warphounds may be able to teleport, but their attacks are actually stupidly slow and easy to avoid, even without dashing. you could figthing one and using nothing but the control stick and the A button and not get hit very easily, the only hard thing about them is that they are a tad on the durable side, but seeing as their easy to dodge and predictable, it just takes time to defeat them, and not a whole lot of skill.

Gandrayda's ability to morph hasn't given her any form immune to any means offense that is owned by the UNSC or Covenant infantry aresonel.
I don't think she has a single invulnerable form, sure certain forms, like Ghor, have certain weakspots, but none of which require a highly specific weapon.
if they trick her out into the open, a longsword orbital bombardment would severely hurt her regardless of form.

while 75 children were drafted into the program, less than half of them actually made it to the Status "Spartan-II" as most either died or were mutated, mangled, and disfigured by the augmentations gone wrong.
There were hundreds of Spartan-III's though. I think like 3 companies of roughly 300 each.

I know he died, he had a pretty crappy one too, he could have lived if they'd found a way to seal of armor. I bet the could have managed welding a plate to his chest using one of the covenant plasma weapons, but they were short on time.
John isn't the best spartan, he's considered well rounded and a good leader, all the rest is luck.
Personnaly I'd Nominate Linda as the best "single spartan", worst "team spartan", if she didn't have shit luck.

Yes, he's far from the last spartan, the ones I can name of the top of my head are Fred, Linda, Kelly, Naomi, Nicole (though non cannon), I believe those are all Spartan II's, I don't know the names of the spartans III's, Ghosts of Oynx is the only book I don't have though XP. can't find it.
With a Spartan's repressed sex drive concieving a child would be rather difficult, and it's unknown if Samus' augmentations effect her reproductive system in anyway.

Samus can move in 1-1.5g with greater ease than I've ever read or seen a spartan-II or III could with or without her armor. more so even in enviorments that would otherwise be toxic to humans.
then adding on her armor, she's more mobile than a Spartan if they had Jetpack, Sprint, and the evade armor abilities tacked onto their armor all at the same time.

while I've seen the validation for Zebes' gravity mathematically, it is not actually present in game. even in area's of 1g, Samus preforms just the same as she does on Zebes.

Not quite, again Samus is already a known super human, being 4 steps ahead will be hard.
According to the most recent game, Samus has what just might be precognitive senses. similar to a Jedi's ability to block without being able to see. Samus can evade what she cannot see or hear with an ability called (in game mentioned and everything) "Sense Move" which can be preformed with or without armor.
not entirely implausable considering her mentors, the chozo, had the ability to see into the future.

"seeing in slow motion" seems to be fluent with her as well according to the most recent game. the difference is she's faster, and her armor gives her extra boosts of instant speed due to the back mounted thrusters on top of her super human reflexes.

The Super Gravity Gun has never been tested against shielded, perfectly Insulated, and specifically protected against Gravitational manipulation foes.
GHOSTS have a hard time getting through her armor and shielding.
If I'm not mistaken, the super gravity gun is charged up by Dark Matter/Energy, which Samus' armor handles well against too.

Fun fact!: the danger of black holes? is that they are intense wells of "gravity"

that logic is flawed.
No protection in the "Half-life Series" as even the gravity gun itself isn't designed to be a weapon, no ones built a method of defense for it, and certainly not it super state/
Samus gravity suit negates manipulated forces of gravity, so there's protection from such things in the Metroid series.
ergo, Samus has protection from the gravity gun.
besides, the Super Gravity Gun doesn't last very long. and so far he has no way to activate it when ever he wants.

the spartan laser has 2 drawbacks.
-Intensely slow rate of fire: Samus could strike him with several would-be instant kill attacks on him before the thing fires once.
-Not strong enough to kill Samus with even a couple direct hits. She's from a universe that is in general more advanced. And even within her own universe she's notoriously durable.

oh, he HARDLY took down the whole army himself. and he literally never faces more than 20 enemies when by himself. and when there is that many, they're either not focused on him or it's lots of grunts.

the scarab gun is a non cannon (ergo he wouldn't even have it) and while powerful, it doesn't make up for his actual issue in combat vs Samus, his own frailty.
Samus has been hit by scaran tank/gun sized beams before, got up and kept fighting.
chief takes a considerably smaller amount of firepower too kill.
infact, chief wouldn't be able to use it in close quarters, the scarab gun's blast radius would kill him.
Samus is faster than him, he wouldn't be able too shake her.

Technically darkburst opens a rift to "another dimension", not a black hole, so she wouldn't necessarily be affected. Her suit could also just adapt to it, considering that it can scan objects and somehow discover virtually everything about them.

A better thing to do to Chiefs weapons would be to fry them on the spot! LOL! They aren't resistant to plasma as far as I know XD. As soon as he wips out his spartan laser, Samus can just shoot it. When Chief runs out of weapons, the fights over. And she wouldn't even need to kill him.

Samus has ten suits, fourteen energy tanks, homing ice and seeker missiles, nineteen beams (with missile combos that can make black holes, suns, super missiles,etc.), a hypermode that makes her basically invulnerable, the ability to run faster than the speed of sound, the ability to wall jump, the ability to roll into a ball and drop bombs, a grapple beam that can rip armor of enemies and overload them with energy, and a ship with its own missiles and grapple beam.
She could easily kill MC.

@jackofhalo The only thing that matters is that Samus is much more durable than master chief is, and can outlast him in any situation. Even if he survived long enough to do any significant damage, she could enter hypermode and also become invulnerable while corrupting him with an extremely mutagenic substance. Armor lock won't protect against cancer. . Anyway, she can pull all of his weapons out of his hands with grapple beam, so he can't do anything, even if invincible.
