The Pit was originaly the English Staff..and that dog,back when it was first created..was about 35 pounds, half the size it is now. The famous dog for fighting, was the husky and other huge dogs. When people saw this Staff come in the ring, they laughed. His owner said "fine, i'll even MUZZLE my dog!" they all bet agianst this lil dog. well, the Staffy slammed itself again and again into this 200lb dog and knocked it unconscience. pits dont need their bite to win..they got thier body as armer.

The kangal keeps turning to see if the other one is still there to help him while the pit just wants a piece. That's not even a true game pitbull, there is no staredown with them. They go straight in and destroy. The kangal is a pack dog, without the pack, they are probably just quick to back out.

Kangals especially the Malakli bread is bad ass... I have seen several pitbulls even game breed on steroids getting killed by Malakli and kangal dogs.

I've seen them fight before. To be honest, a big german shepard lasted longer than the kangal did, but both got their asses chewed up by the pit. If you knew what real fighters from the past knew, it's that it doesn't matter what size the dog is. The bigger they are, the bigger they fall. 3-4 minutes top until the kangal thinks about turning or is drained of energy.

if it were possible to match the weight of the two, then ovbiously the pitty would kill the Kurdish every time, however the kurdish is 4 times the size of a pitty, not even close to a fair fight! Kurdish are not game dogs, pits are, the kurdish would turn first for sure.

you do realize, pitbulls can take down 1,ooo pound bulls. and if a kangal got into a scruffle with a bull, itd be stomped..if not run for his mommy..

i've seen pits holding onto a bulls face as the bull thrashes his head back and fourth, slamming the pit on the gorund..but the dog never lets go or flys in the air. no other dog can master that ability.
