sorry for late reply. This aircraft no onboard alt. However the mountains are about 3,000 feet above sea level.

Futaba 6EX. It came with the plane. It is a computer radio on 72 MHZ. I use a 3 cell lipo for the voltage is about 12. Is good for RF output

That got to some height !! Lovely views. I put a altameter in a trainer and got to 2664 feet, but then I couldnt see it lol... I think you must have been a lot higher than that, I am supprised you could still see the plane... nice one 5/5

Thanks for your reply. I can see now how you still managed to fly using goggles.. I bet they took a bit getting use to, and trying not to look at your plane from the ground.

Its definately paid off with the excellent video results you get from it though.. nice one 5/5.

Maybe I will try that some time, although I dont think I would be able to afford them at the present time. Although it doesnt really matter because I can enjoy watching yours lol.. Great vid, happy flying..
