@fuckgd1 was different movie, with different choice, different production, the Crow was done as closer as possible to the comics, the screenwriter was James O'Bar comics author, also was a sort of romantic movie, not sure if TDK is close to Crow atmosphere, if you look at the movie in some prospective both are noir.Brandon Lee even if wasen't a great actor when he took the role, did a brilliant performance, i liked that movie.

@eausavage Don't make things up. Nicholson was a big Ledger fan and even said casting him as Joker was a fantastic choice, he also praised Ledger in rbokeback back in 06. Ledger's drug problem has nothing to do with the fact that he is universally considered a great actor by people far more knowledgable about acting than you, nobody in the real world cares what you think.

If Nolan wanted a big name star he would have cast Johnny Depp or Dicaprio who both expressed heavy interest in the role. Nolan is known for casting lesser known actors for roles in the Batman series ala Tom Hardy as the villian in the new Batman.

IP codes are to an exact location of a harddrive,every computer has a different IP code, living in the same area has nothing to do with it as even two people living next to each other would have different IP codes, it's how the FBI tracks people online. Nowadays anyone with advances firefox software can track IP codes from youtube or facebook, etc.

The first was when Nolan was casting The Prestige, Leo couldn't do it because he was shooting something else at the time, he also expressed a lot of interest in the joker because his hero Jack Nicholson also played The Joker.
