  • @sinanr86 I do calisthenics too. Because I'm active, in one way or another, I workout legs daily.

  • @elbuenyi no. as many as you can correctly...if you can do each 1,000,000 times, increase the weight.

  • @ALPHAandOMEGA44 i wish i knew, i love them. got them when i first became a trainer as a gift but from wear and tear over the years, the label on the case has worn off. they're just basic dumbbells but with heavy rubber plates which are great for in-home use.

  • @eurocopit deadlifts, step-ups, lunges, squats, leg press and even hill sprints to name a few

  • What do you suppose is a good weight to really tone while doing these exercises?

  • @dbkush I can't tell you that, I have no idea how strong you are. Basically, you want light weight/high reps so I choose a weight light but challenging enough that I can CORRECTLY go within the range of 12 - 20 reps.

  • I love the "raise your weapon and fly together" move! I did three sets of it (along with my usual overhead pressed and raises), and for the first time in a long time, my shoulders REALLY felt like they had been worked out, and were sore the next few days. The standing fly move was totally new to me and my shoulders.

  • i have a question. ok i have the same curl up bar as you (used to be my moms but she doesnt use it anymore). what is the difference between a curl up bar that is shaped in a zigzag like the one you have and then the regular straight curl up bar? or is it just how it was designed?

  • @PrettiBoiShai i think this has been debated for years with the outcome being: personal preference. a lot of people prefer the EZ-curl bar because it causes less stress on joints and for doing high reps, like the name says, it makes it easier. I like to switch now and again between the EZ-curl bar and the straight bar.

  • Great video. Are you doing a warming up and cooling down each workout? I wonder if you could give any tips on that.

  • @MeneerVerspiller many, many people think it's sacrilege to not do a warm up and/or cool down. honestly, I can't give advice to someone on whether they should or shouldn't. I, personally, never do---my training is predominantly based on having the mentality that I have to be stronger than my opponent and if I'm ever attacked, I can't say, "hold on a minute, let me stretch and warm up." When it comes to fight or flight, always ready for both...

  • I like that you're posting videos of you working 7-10 reps, so I only play the clip and work along with you, and do not need to pause and play vids all the time during the workout. It helps me also to maintain the constant speed. And when we're done, I just play the vid again and start the new set. Awesome! I will donate and hope you're gonna keep doing awesome workout videos like this one.

  • Should you go heavy on the shoulder press with dumbbell and bar? I feel like going heavy yoou could injury yourself

  • @milesrulezz straight from my site: "Completely up to you. I like to use light weight dumbbells for the front and side lateral raises. When doing military press using the e-z curl bar, barbell or dumbbells, I use heavier weights first and BEFORE I begin to feel my form weaken, I finish using light weights."
