I think this song is actually one of their more classic pumpkins songs. The distortion in the guitars and that feedback fadeout we all know and love is there. This and Song for a Son are their best new songs as far as I'm concerned.

I have to admit that Jimmy Chamberlain's drums are RLY missed. Drums here and in many new songs sound as a mediocre drum machine, and they are "useful" not "inspirad". Lack of creativity in this area...

It's nothing special, but it's not a terrible track and I think it's a step in the right direction for them. I doubt they'll ever recapture what they had 15 years ago, but it's nice to see that that he's getting away from the Machina sound a little bit. I'll take Gish B-Side type songs over Machina type songs every time.

My only problem with this new album is how slowly it is being released. I realize that he wants to put as much time and effort into every song as if it was its own album, but I love the material and the last time we got NEW material was in November with Tom Tom since The Fellowship had been released on the Vampire Diaries Soundtrack a couple of months before that.
