What a bummer. Once the plane gets down onto the runway you think you're safe, generally speaking. But this one touched down as normal, and then went and killed em all anyway.

This is a disgrace.

a) Why was this plane allowed to land without both thrusters fully working (irrespective of the conditions).

b) Why was the plane allowed to land on a treacherous runway in poor conditions?

c) Why did the pilots not express their concerns to air traffic control?

c) because the plane is running out of feul so they have to get on the ground immediatley

Jesus, why can they not FORCE to expand the airport. Move some of the houses and roads around. Screw the costs. Yes people have property rights but in serious situations governments may (and often do) use eminent domain to force houses to move (with full compensation). It's done all the time when building highways
