@bounca308 : There wasn't even a Mai in the series, either DB or DBZ or even GT, so her character was added. Also, it is assumed that they are Asian because they live in Japan, or at least it is hinted at in the anime, they have Japanese names, and they speak fluent Japanese. It's an assumption, but I would say it is an accurate one. xP Movie was still crap though, the acting was incredibly cheesy and the script was horribly written.
