  • @abvgvideos Yes they know how West Indians get hungry on flights and give them some half decent food. Have to say only good airline food I ever had was with BWIA!

  • lol at all the comments...

Even better, when yuh cud walk in ah proper rest. take out Kfc and dey en tell u nuttin...(the last one is when yuh kno u from Morvant/Laventille)

  • I agree with firedemon101. I from Trinidad too, and I go up into d second floor restaraunt in Piarco International Airport, and spend my time looking at planes at d gates and planes landing at d runway, and every time i go todat restaraunt, them don't ask me nuttin'. even if i want to buy somethin to eat or drink. It's a great view of the passenger side of d airport where they come and go to their destinations. Plus, they always clean the glass on the big viewing windows on d restaraunt.

  • Out of all the flights i ever flew, BWIA had the BEST food. Where else would could you get Curry chicken with vegetables and a lil bag of split channa.

  • "BWIA International..." I just love that line. It was still in use in my old, old, old primary school days!

Love this and "Fly That Smile".

  • OMG This brought back SOOO much memories--wait, let me dry my eye--ok ...wow now, where is the '90s version Does anyone know where i can see the BWIA advertisement that was aired in the mid 90's with the "Truly Yours" theme. It had a lovely tassa beat at the end of it.

  • wow, this song brings back soooo many memories.

  • Does anyone remember the OLD Piarco Airport with the waving gallery? Man, my sister used to bawl when my mother walked to the airplane. Too bad for this one 'cause it have no waving gallery.

  • but the new airport has a viewing station ....in the restaurant area on second floor

  • Doh matta (trini dialect)! I'll bet that you have to purchase food there to see the viewing station. However, the airport is lovely, very international.

  • LOL actually no....you could just go upstairs and sit down as you plz and watch outside....that trini dialect wasn't for me ???? I am from trinidad knows all bout it already lol

  • Ah Trini eh. These days de internet have all kinda weird people on it. You have to be so careful.

  • @usaTrini So True I remember the waving gallery there was something special about the old airport, I remember one day leaving T&Twhile walking to the plane and I could see my mom waving to me in the gallery it really bring back memories
