1-Kay didnt die he just fainted and i think tyson or someone found him there and took him to the hospital.(he survived and suported tyson till the end).

2-if u watched the complete battle in kenny pc the report said that dranzer MS had a 100% of damage in all of its parts the only thing that made the blade stay in 1 piece was Dranzer so when it leaved the blade it got destroyd so dranzer is not dead i think it returned to the sacred stone where it came from.
