Even though I am 20 weeks post OP, I would still rather have ice chips than pizza! Glad to know everything went well. The gas sucks for sure! The gas hurt my collar bone/neck area the most. Can't wait to see your progress!

My "Grandma" that's in the video has been yelling at me the past few days, cuz she does think I'm overdoing it LOL So I've been tryin to chill out. Yeah, the pizza is what got me in the position to begin with... So we have a love/hate relationship!! LOL :)

How long was it before they walked you? took out your foley? how do you feel now? did they send you home with a prescription?

I was out of surgery for about 4 hours before i walked?? I think. I'm not sure. It wasn't too long after surgery. But it was okay! It wasn't that bad!! The foley was out after the barium test, after they made sure there weren't any leaks. I feel great now, one week post op. Still getting used to the ins and outs of it all. But everyone's body is different!! Any more questions, don't hesitate to email! :)

Man I'm jealous.  I wish I could have had the MRI. They made me do a barium swallow before I could start on liquids. It was AWFUL! Congrats, welcome to the bench (we all scooted down) and I'm excited to take this trip with you (I'm only 3 days ahead)!!!

LOL Yeah, I didn't realize that I was saying the wrong thing... (Even after editiing it)... I had to do the barium swallow test ... not the MRI. :)

Oh that sucks about your surgeon being "too professional". My surgeon came to visit me every day I was there. And he was totally down for posing for a pic with me. Yup, I'm gonna go back and see him after I get skinny!! I don't think he's married! *wink wink* hehehe. Love ya girly! :) You're so crazy!! LOL PS: That's okay about the protein shake, just whenever you get around to it! :) I have plenty!
