I use Utorrent. And like you don't need to use the Torrents.

You could just download parts into a Folder you created and name it 'Windows 7 (32 Bit)'

And you download all 25 parts into it.

This is legal . Just customizing your computer so you could use custom themes to make your computer look nice. And you can't. There's a manual way but it takes longer . and you computer might get destroyed if you do it manually. Stick with Vista Glazz and why?. You having issues with Vista Glazz?
