i really like this game. in terms of story its another reason why the prince is so hardcore in warrior within. I mean having to fight an endless army and then kill your own brother only to find an immortal creature constantly chasing you. anyone else would of given up but not the prince!

In a way, you can say Assassin's Creed was based off of Prince of Persia since PoP1 came out on PS2 while AC came out on 360. AC and AC3 have thee shittiest endings.

PoP3 with the bandit is not related to the PoP series in any way other than the game title.

@drbeefcakes If you actually watched did your research you'd find it isn't. I thought the same thing since they released it after the movie. I thought the first POP was great (the engine especially), the late POP's have been a bit of a disappointment to me because it was more linear than what i was used to in the first release of the series. This game goes back to the first release and elaborates further on the prince's story. You shouldn't really assume things, it makes you look like an ass

@melvinlimjc i love assassin's creed dont get me wrong. its maybe my favorite game series, and i know nearly all there is to know. but prince of persia has something AC does not: combat variety. he fight with limitless combos that include acrobatics and skill with a blade, and it is something that assassin's creed could use. maybe a similar acrobatic style to the prince and it would be a perfect game.
