I know when Dini & Timm created Harley, they supposely based it off of Arlene with how they wanted use her for the voice. Good thing it all work out since then. I don't think it destiny or anything like that. :)

I remember this show from when I was a kid. I remember being disappointed when Arleen was replaced. Never made the connection when she voiced Harley Quinn a few years later. (hey, I was a kid!)
