Does any have a phone number for butters and bars? I can’t seem to get a reply on my emails. My first order went great; the second one has been a disaster. No reply on inquiries for information on order information. Received my items late and they sent the wrong item as well. Very disappointing!!! Their customer service sucks!!!!

I can't believe everyone had a good experience with butter n bars,

they took 2 weeks to send my package, and I even got threatened when I

email them if they've sent my package.

Now it has finally arrived, 3 oils are missing and she would not reply

I'm never buying from there again, unbelievable

@spacetraveller2521 I'm sorry you had a bad experience with them. Sounds very unlike them. I totally understand if you never order from them again...I wouldn't under those circumstances...each person's experience is different I guess...

I finally received the oils, its been a month now since i've ordered

and finally got everything.

Its odd, she was pretty rude at first then real friendly at the very end... :-/ hmm.

I forgot to mention that I purchased the Butter Trio which includes 1/2 pound of raw, unrefined shea butter, mango butter, and cocoa butter. If you want to sample these 3 butters, this is the way to go, only 18.99 & right now I think they are having a sale on all skin care products. i wish they had butters N Bars over here.but there is a website that i do get my sheabutter and mand mango butter also they have black soap. by the way i totally love those earrings!!!! God Bless. :o)

try the face cream. the antioxidant one. i wrote a review on her site. it lasts me about 6-7 months. i constantly get compliments on how smooth my skin is. i love butters-n-bars.
