i have another question, lol. how many units should i have working at resources and stuff, i never seem to have enough money even though my units never die and i have more expansions.

1/mineral patch is a good start, but u can have 2 if the patch is further away from your cc.. and lol if your units never die, attack more so that they do

As a general rule:

1. If you can build an army and win or gain an advantage by attacking a weak spot, do so.

2. If you can't, invest as much as possible in economy/tech as you can without allowing the opponent to do point 1.

saturated is 2 per patch if you are protoss or terran and 1.5 per patch if you are zerg

for gas you should have 3 if the mine is close and 4 if its farther (like on katrina) basically you want a worker inside the mine at all times

also you should NEVER have enough minerals if you had enough just make a 200 supply army of battle cruiser, ultra-ling w/ defiler or carrier-dragoon/ archon-dark archon and win

the point is to get far enough ahead that you have a better force from upgrades/size/tech

They have been saying that since the 1950s because it's been known since the 1950s. The process of detecting a launched nuke occurs somewhere between 5-15 minutes. The response comes at some point after detection.The response doesn't take 45 minutes. Once both parties launch, assuming it's the US and China or Russia, that's goodnight.

Yes and no. War is probably not viable in a global economy since you want to expand your markets, not destroy them. The real future of war is more likely based around terrorism (religous/political) and sabotage (economic/industrial).

Yeah, but Cholera doesn't like him or think he's any good, he thinks he just comes up with builds that are good against certain people, and doesn't actually play that well, if that makes any sense.

yea but thats the whole point of starcraft... to be able to think of the appropriate builds that work well against your opponent. There is no 'god' build, and if you can "come up with builds that are good against certain people" that means your a good player.
