Thanks Vick, I can't believe how much I missed in'87! So mad, but now happy so that's good! I was wondering why these scenes seem so intense, and then it hit me. This is like a REAL marriage and a REAL divorce. Don't characters just sort of walk in the room now and announce "I'm divorced!"

Really liked the scene with Kevin and Viki. Great choice of background music, and they were both very believable. Erika also caught that flub.

They kept Kevin at his natural age for a long time compared to a lot of soaps. And he did not act like some weird, malicious brat, as a lot of soap kids do now.

@CarlD2 You know, maybe that's why the character never worked when he was older. Here, he seems just regular and more like Joe Riley's son. Later, they tried to make him too Buchannony.

@shrinefilms1 I think he would have worked if they had been consistent. They fired one actor because he was too short. They fired another actor because JFP wanted to hire a friend. Then they fired the last Kevin because of their obsession with John and Todd. The Buchanan men have been badly screwed over in the last 10+ years because the show every single time goes with what they see as more edgy. The more comatose you are, the more OLTL loves you.
