  • is it possible to learn Kriya yog by just going to the seminars when Hamsayogi in the country or do I need regular lessons with a guru? as all the teachers in this organisation are too far to travel every week.

  • @maxboyd69 Hamsayogi is simply our Youtube channel name. Gurunath is coming to San Francisco tomorrow. So go to the main website and check the schedule for empowerment/initiation events. Why don't you message me regarding your locale and our teachers etc. I can answer any questions you may have.

  • why is it mentioned to have attended with an workshop earlier before the 'kundalini kriya initiation' ? n cant i have the initiation in the very 1st workshop ?

n plz tell for how long can we stay at any asharam(e.g.pune) thereby not creating any discomfort for the asharam by our long stays ?

  • @eternalson786 Its mentioned but not required. Many have simply come for the empowerment/initiation without having attended any previous satsanghs or events. I will reply to your inbox regarding the ashram since I will give you a link regarding protocols etc.

  • How does one become a student of Yogiraj? I feel he is my Teacher...

  • @mahashakti999 Come and meet Him at one of the public events. Check the schedule page on the main Hamsa Yoga Sangh website.

  • I have a question that I hope you will answer.

Can one evolve from a world teacher into a master, and from a master into an Avathood, and from an Avathood into an Avatar and from an Avatar to a Maha-Avatar?

  • Yes. Though you're coming up a bit short, that's the basic point. To evolve to such states. If you mean within one lifetime, that depends on you.

  • It rarely occurs but the great Sundernath achieved immense spiritual stature in one lifetime. He went from being a mere mortal or human to that of a divine being. Ki Jai Sundernath!

  • This question is systematically addressed in Yogiraj's award winning autobiography, "Wings to Freedom: Mystic Revelations from Babaji and the Himalayan Yogis." (I feel the energy transmission everytime I listen to the audiobook). According to Yogiraj, the Mahavatar is a Self-taken manifestation (svaroop) of the Lord God. The rest, including details of the coming of the Kalki Avatar and his assistants is revealing in the book...

  • You'll have to reincarnate after you reach Avadhoot. Either you can leave and come back before three days and make that body a body of light or just manifest another. From there you can then become a Maha-Avatar but thats for those whom plan to stay on this earth ussually to help others evolve, some just move on further.

  • is kriya yoga better than kundalini yoga taught by yogi bhajan?

  • @nycballer4life Yogi Bhajan never taught the "fire breath" as Kriya Yog is known. When Yogiraj asked Yogi Bhajan why he wasn't teaching the fire breath, Yogi Bhajan replied, "because you will teach them." Babaji's Kundalini Kriya Yog is the highest Yog and the most effective form of Pranayam.

This is because the technique removes the karma from the chakras and turns it back into Divine conciousness. Kriya Yog transforms the practioner back into Divinity, which is our true nature.
