i noticed something the other day, in Game 4. With his team in closing moments, this guy just paces back and fourth and the assistants are the ones drawing up plays. not just once, but on 3-4 occasions. U'd think, he would pick up the chalkboard once!!!!!

I dont see how u can continue to not make adjustments with the mismatches u have.
