I've heard a few people complaining that this rivalry is pointless and is just a lazy way to get Jeff Hardy back in to regular ring action.

But, if you think about it, it makes a lot sense:

Jarrett, being a heel, is obviously not going to support Hardy and Jarrett is the founder of TNA, so it makes perfect sense for Jarrett to be pissed with Hardy not to not want Hardy back in his company!
