@OrangeSwag I think anything is possible. Having watched that animal he has created at Palo Alto, it would be unreal difficult to leave that. Very impressive.
@mg5679 I don't know where I stand on that. A few weeks ago I wanted either Jim or just bring back Rich. But I think Hoke is up to the task. He is probably a way better all around football coach than Rodriguez.
@mg5679 This 49ers opening worries me. He could stay home where he currently lives, double his salary and take over a good roster. I still think Michigan is a done deal but tightly kept between two men. I am really hoping. Him coming to Michigan would set up our program in first tier status for a decade, even if he only stayed 5 years.
@NathanJohnVolk I can see the 49ers going after John Gruden. If Michigan can't get Harbaugh then they should hire Brady Hoke. I can see Jim Harbaugh coming to Michigan.
Great&Funny post. I love the points that were made about RR. I am done with RR, even if we don't get Harbaugh, we should still go back to the pro style. That works better in the Big ten
@dronii1454 I can't disagree with you. Harbaugh is a home run hitter. We are very lucky to be in the discussion to have him. We are definitely the only college job he would consider and it would do well for us to make it happen. It would put our rivals back on their heels. He is nearly 20 years younger than OSU's coach and about 10 years younger than MSU's coach. Even if he only stayed 5 years, he set this up in the right direction. Thanks for commenting.
Harbaugh is not going to happen. I have heard however that John Cooper is available.

@utteke Ah. Yeah, the forever symbol of the feckless state of the Ohio State Community College. A state soon to return given a little time.

@TheRunefan I hope he stays, but the program is bigger than any one player.

@NathanJohnVolk I would take Brady Hoke over Rich Rodriguez. I do hope Michigan hires Jim Harbaugh.

@NathanJohnVolk yesterday on ESPN during NFL Gameday Adam Shefter said that his sources say that Jim Harbaugh will be at Michigan and not in the NFL.
