The T2 Cap MODS look promising though as do a couple of the other NEW T2 MODS. Now they just need to get rid of Greyscale & MAYBE things could even get better for us players :p

I have trouble understanding that french guy, but I think he's saying they are "trying to fill the gap (?) between BS and BC". That has me somewhat stunned, since I way back discovered BC to be better. At least for empire & high sec play. Better for PvE, better for small wars, better for picnics into low sec areas. Once most popular PvE ship Raven is virtually useless these days. Myrmidon is kinda lacking, but the 3 other tier2 BC'ers rocks.

I'm happy to hear that the Raven is still useful for new players. I used it myself, much as soon as I could fly BS. exclusively. I used it for L4s, I used it for complex, I used it for lowsec warfare over control of complexes, I used it in 0.0, for ratting and fleet warfare. I almost only flew Raven for 2 years. But CCP made changes, again and again. Most of them to missiles. From my perspective, Raven has lost most of its power.

I don't know about yours, but my Drake bulldoze every L4 there is. I have crazy skill points. My full reasons for prefering Drake are: Cheap (I always fly uninsured, but have never lost a Drake), kills smaller ships faster than Raven, kills large ships about as fast, more agile, faster, better tank. At my SP level, all this is true.

drakes are meh over Marauders (even more so if you salvageing and looting). Unless your focusing purely on low to null sec cost / insurrence is not a concern. If your just blitzing use a T3. As for any issue of killing mission frigs T2 drones do just fine.

I think the description highlights the main problem in EVE. They're "Pumping Out" new features rather than improving on the features they've already got. The new Nebulae, awesome. Blaster re-balancing, about damn time. But why don't they update all the skins for the ships? Make the Raven look less like a box with wings superglued to it by a 3 year old.

CCP, please just fix our ships, hangars and stations. Some of us just want the game we love made to look prettier.

CCP is very much on the mark with the Fuel Pellets idea and the Book marks idea. I did not hear any mention of the customs station in this interview, but possibly another blog. The addition of the BC, will be very nice. Looking forward to seeing them. Rail ammo was mentioned, GLAD to hear that. Hope new types of rail ammo (competitive with missiles damage type) is introduced. Looking forward to the changes. Specific roles for ship types? Not sure if that will work, but lets give it a go

I also love aquariums. When you have your own aquarium you make to your specs and to your own "viewing". As you can see the salt water aquarium is to ccp tall's height. This means while he is grinding away to make your gaming better he is also chillin, checking out the underworld. And probably using the fish as beta pilots for his ships. Can you see the macro transmitters on thier backs? Space_Underwater is space reversed. Implosion vs explosion.
