If I, as President, said that I wanted gold and silver coins back in circulation and that the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional, I'd be within my constitutional authority to do so. And anyone who went against me, would be acting outside their authority.
So you didn't read the case that put him in prison this time. And, no, only Congress can do what you are saying you want to do, there is nothing in the Constitution that allows the President to control the money supply or violate laws Congress passes. And you have no authority to declare anything unconstitutional.

I stopped paying taxes and filing 12 years ago. I call it "tough love". It is my patriotic duty to FORCE an out of control gov. to live within its means. Nor does my religion allow me to pay taxes that go toward killing innocent people in war.

Section 1, imposes the tax
Section 61 defines Gross income
Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.
