If you listen to Dustin's solo stuff on the internet (Not the released album.), he talks about the writing process on this album, and it sounds as though he is excited about it. Saying there was 'no stress'. That sure doesn't sound like a guy who has made up his mind about breaking the band up afterwards. And Dustin's solo thing won't break them up..it has been around and in the works for the past 5-6 years. It is just stuff he does on the side...slowly...very slowly.
Actually, the "Elements" albums will be Thrice's last album. Dustin and Teppei are both doing seperate projects and I have no idea what the brothers are doing, but Teppei's in the band Black Unicorn and Dustin has his solo release coming out in January, so it looks like this is it for Thrice...
