It's just wild animals. The most challenging match for the wild animal Grand Champion matches is against three Minataur Lords.

There is a mod which you can download to enable more person matches, and it even lets you fight in group matches with other people on your side in 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4. The mod is quite buggy but it's a good mod none-the-less.
