Music like this doesn't just come from playing notes, it comes from soul and passion. Amy Levin is fortunate to find this out at such a young age and we are fortunate enough to be able enjoy her music for years to come.
Great stuff. You should check out the Jazz in July program at UMass Amherst. AMong others Dr.Billy Taylor is there and a ton of great jazzers. Also Ed Saindon and Tony Miceli(no not the guy from whose the boss...) great players. Tonies YT username is Jazzvibe. He is great and works in the Philly area and has a great website and online lesson thing going on. Great stuff.
