  • how did u get this for free? i do alot of peoples makeup and customers ask me all the time. i just always look puzzled, i have worked with airbrush but havent liked any and i am very interested in the temptu.

  • Thank you so much for this video!! I've had the demonstrations and I watched their dvd, but could not for the life of me get my temptu to spray out the foundation!! I tried your 3-5 second pushing the wand into the hole tip and it works now!! im so excited to try to put on my make up tomorrow!!!

  • But ...save your money bb ... You are beautifull without almost same !!! Yiu just waisting cash for the same look :)

  • I'm a guy and I really appreciate this video, I couldn't sleep at all. This helped so much, I was out like a light after listening for a few seconds. So thank you.

  • You looking beautiful ;) How much did you pay your all esthetic surgeries :D :D :D

  • does it make you brake out?

  • Hi! i like your tutorial, just do you recommend to make your eyes first and then put all the foundation? or first the foundation and then make your eyes?

  • how long does one foundation pod usually last?

  • @honeypieamymichelle Hey love Im sorry I just saw your question. I as well have acne prone skin, sometimes worse than others. I went from using a brush application for my foundation to the Temptu. I absolutly love it! I have seen much improvement in my skin and my acne since I have used the temptu. I would recommend using a concealer before applying the temptu foundation. use a foundation or concealer that is oil-free and non comedogenic. If you don't like it, you can always return it to Sephora

  • They have a deal right now on temptu.com where you pay $225 and the machine, 2 foundations, and a free blush - plus free next-day shipping. It makes the purchase hurt a lot less! also if you enter SHAREYOURSTORY at checkout you can get a free concealer. So it's a much better deal than at sephora and I think everyone should go to the actual website because at sephora you pay $225 and NOTHING is included with the temptu machine.

  • While it is a very instructional and informative video, I would like to see you do a demo on person with skin flaws (acne, freckles, rosasha, etc). You have very beautiful skin already so it's hard to tell how well the system really works.

  • I have oily/combination skin and have searched for an airbrush system and finally decided to buy the Temptu system today. The MA at Sephora showed me how to do it and it was FABULOUS! I was thoroughly impressed, especially how good my skin looks hours later! I got the awesome deal they are having now where you get the system, 2 foundation pods, a blush pod, and a highlighted pod for $295 which is much less than what it normally would cost ($345) I have tried lots of foundations and nothing comp

  • @JeanannO is that deal still going on?

  • @crazygirl701 I think it still is because when I went into Sephora on Thursday last week it was still on. Great deal and definitely too good to pass up. It seems like my skin has cleared up from using this system also. I wore it on a day where I sweated my butt off at the gym and yesterday, which was 93 degrees and very humid. I did not have to reapply powder or touch up which amazed me. They are telling the truth when they say it's waterproof!

  • Hi! I really enjoyed your review.. it helped me understand the system soo much better.I would like to know which is the best concealer in your opinion for someone who has lots of acne (me)lol? I always do have a hassle in the morning trying to do my makeup but because i dont have any concealer and oily skin it ends up looking not so great. I have been looing to buy the temptu and my bugdet is not so great but i would invest in it if it will cover up my acne. Can i please get your opinion??

  • This product is definatly worth the money! I have a huge bag of makeup that I could just throw away now that I have my temptu. I absolutly love it!!! I have acne prone skin and it covers in up remarkable and is actually clearing it up!

  • @Bombshellonabudget Hi i have pretty bad acne and i just wanted to know.. if it ACTUALLY works and if you use any concealer before hand and which one? Please respond asap. I am thining of buying the temptu especially snce i dont know much about makeup!

  • What a nice review!

-It's really a shame it's far too expensive for the consumer market, as you mentioned

  • I'm not going to lie, I kept looking at the cat on the bed.

  • I have one of these and love it however there are some cons. If you wear contacts it will stick to them and its almost impossible to get it off!! Also they do not have many skin tone shades to choose from...

  • I've been watching your videos for a while now and watched this one a few months ago even though I didn't ever think about owning this system but my fiancee just bought me one as a surprise and I watched this video again and I have to say this video is the most helpful out of any I've watched!

You are awesome and so beautiful!

    Thank you :)

  • my parents got me one for christmas and i LOVE it :)

i have a bit of acne scarring and a little acne and it covers it like magic.. i do have to use concealer under my eyes though because if i try to do the airbrush, the air makes my eyes watery and i end up squinting and then i get lines under my eyes..

  • does your makeup stay on the whole day?

  • Ok so I have some acne on my face. I just have a few noticable spots. Do you guys think this system cover that up?? I was also thinking about buying it do you think it's worth the money??

  • この動画にレスポンスを付ける...

  • I got this system for Christmas... I am a confessed makeup addict and I LOVE this! It is a bit of a learning curve, but simple and well thought out.

  • do you use powder after this?

  • are u able to add in a different foundation like MAC if you want?

  • By the way, your video is Excellent ! I like the idea you explain about covering up certain inperfections before hand and the finish it off with the airbrushing! THANK YOU

  • can you please explain to me how do you pick the right color for your skin, I would like to know what color blush, foundation and highlighter I should be purchasing. I had the girl at Sephora explain to me how to use the system, and she told me what color I should be using, but I also went to another Sephora and there the girl told me a different color.

  • I'm very interested in this system..I think two of the obvious downsides are a. the extra plastics that are used unnecessarily (pods vs the funnel) and b. that u HAVE to use their range vs the funnel that is universal to any brand. You definitely look great tho.. looks like pretty medium coverage, fantastic review, thanx so much.

  • @EtherMagic lovely!!

  • Temptu or Dinair? Which system covers big monster zits and massively pitted deep-chiseled pitch-fork acne scars better?

    Thanks

  • @EtherMagic rofl.. I love how you put that LOL but I agree I really want to see someone with AWFUL skin use one and check the before and afters.. everyone doing reviews seems to already have (what I consider) perfect skin lol

  • im so excited! Its finally coming to Sephora in canada next week ^.^

  • TEMPTU should create a self tanner for us really fair gals. What a great way to show off a tan without sun damage

  • is it just me or does anyone else think that it's so cute that she uses the word "dinky" instead of small another typical adjective

  • I keep watching all these airbrush makeup tutorials and these girls have no clue what 6 inches away from ur face is...because her hand was a good 12-15 inches away...ur just getting it all over ur hair lashes and lids....someone needs to practice a bit more!

  • if you want to skip to the chase go to 5:24

  • thanks for this review, I just got this systems and I can't wait to use this system.

  • awwwwwwwwwwww @ the kitty on the bed

  • You look like a older Miranda Cosgrove!

  • Thanks a lot for this informative video. I tried the system today for the first time and all went well enough for the first time. However, when I tried to apply the powder at the end, the brush left marks in the makeup and when I touched the makeup with my fingers later, it also left a mark. Was I supposed to use a primer to make it stick better? I let it dry for 15 min. Thanks so much

  • Too much yackety yack at the beginning. Just cut to the chase and show us how it works!

  • id totally get it...but its so expensive i dont know if it is worth it.

  • of courseeee we have in Canada!!! we're just like anyother place

  • I had this applied at Sephora for prom, and i looked flawless all night!

  • Where does everyone get their makeup!? I get free samples from a site called Gratis Makeup Samples - just got lots of expensive Maybelline makeup yesterday!

  • it's like real like photoshop!

  • you will look verry nice wt red hair =)

  • you're so sexy, I just want to kiss your face off*

  • i have to have it!!!!! lol

  • You look great!

  • I don't get it.

  • i looove makeup! This videos wicked, i mostly use Garnier makeup i get for free from 'Gratis Makeup Samples' they're impressive

  • Thanks for the Through and thoughtful review. I am a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup artist in San Francisco, and I recommended the Temptu system all the time to clients. I will refer them to this video as well to get an even more in depth explanation! Great work!

  • thank you! x

  • Really helpful review ! Thanks, i really want it. I just need to start saving :P cause it is pretty pricey

  • they have it in Canada! :)

  • where?

  • great review. Very informative.

I have a standard airbrush system & temptu s/b foundations. I really should practice more.....but I hate having to clean out the gun. (just a bit time consuming-but not too bad)

These pods are very convenient, but finding the right color could be a challenge. Using other airbrushes/ you can mix colors to get the best match.

I suppose I would have bought this had it been out sooner---rather than going with the traditional one. thanks for the review!!

  • It hard to listen you so pretty and you voice is so lovely i get lost your eyes and voice. You got lips form the gods.

  • i love your lips! i want them :(

  • Lovely! I was very skeptical but it looks great!

I am most definitely purchasing it! :)

    Great review! ♥

  • Yes, I'd LOVE an airbrush but wow are they expensive! If I save up and get one, GOD I hope they're worth it 100%!

  • Good advice, thanks for this review.

  • You are so beautiful! and Im not even a lesbian. haha you are so georgous and lovely.

  • very nice and helpful video and u look beautiful with and with out make up :)

  • ;O is that a cat in the backround??? ohemgee!! lol i have a cat to =]

  • this is like the best Airbrush tutorial/review I've watched. Plus you're really pretty too! (.

    xoxo

  • you have a gorgeously defined face. It reminds me of Victoria Beckham before she became a waif and fell into the plastic surgery craze.

  • omfg you are soo prettyy

  • Thanks for the review.

What nail polish are you wearing? Looks beautiful.

  • WOW- superb review/tutorial! Informative, demonstrative and not boring in the least!

Thank you for the review- sorry to hear your shade wasnt quite right though.

  • thanks so much sweetie :), comments like that make it all worthwhile! xx

  • Very comprehensive and clear review, thank you.

  • thank you for watching!

  • no offense but your not a very good example for this your skin is already flawless lol

in your before and after pics they looked almost identical

  • none taken, though you can see it covers my freckles.. it is hard to show it in photos though :(

  • im sure it does i just want to see a girl with really bad skin or something do it i dont know why ppl gave me thumbs down it was sooooooo not an insult lmao

  • @bkity1 I just bought it and have very oily, acne scarred face, with rosacea (Is that how you spell it? O_O); in other words, horrible skin, lol. I think I will do a review as well as a before and after. I know exactly what you mean. I just hope that my camera can ,pick up the detail to actually show how bad my skin is, so people can see the after ;)

  • Hi there, I'm considering buying this airbrush system but I was concerned about the cost of the replacement air pods on top of the already very costly air compressor. When you finish an air pod , would you mind doing an update of approximately how long one air pod lasts, perhaps in an annotation or in the sidebar? Or if you can give an estimate?

    Thanks so much!

  • Sure I will update you guys as I use it more :) xx

  • 5 stars for the kitty!

  • This is a really helpful video, you made airbrushing look so easy and now I wanna try it too ;)

  • Really interesting video, product and review :) Thanks Nat!

  • This was really helpful for airbrushing in general. Thanks for sharing. :)

  • Thank you for doing this review/demonstration, i must say you still look gorgeous without make-up on, you have nice skin. And also, lol i love what you wrote on the side bar

'I would be trying to bang down the doors of Hollywood, not sitting in my bedroom'.

    Made my day hehe : D x

  • hello darling! you're luck to receive this - i e-mailed them to ask to buy one and they told me to "bugger off" - not for the UK sunny jim!

  • it looks slightly un-even...but thanks for the great review!

    i love your hair!

  • am I the only one that sees this and finds it a little weird at 8:45 when shes holding the airbrush gun something like a circle flies up then goes to the right and then its like a line or something.

  • i love the blush but i think it will be a while before i purchase its very pricey:(

  • You look beautiful without make-up :S

  • i love the blush!

  • Jeez the whole point of a review is to explain the product in detail to help anyone wanting to buy it- which she has done so why are people getting stroppy? You don't have to keep watching if you don't like it do you?

  • Fantastic review!

  • love the blush and highlighter idea! great that they think of the highlighter! the foundation coverage looks a little weak, is it full coverage? great idea

  • The coverage is pretty buildable as you can do as many layers as you want. I only did 2 here so it is not full coverage, though if you keep adding more, of course it is going to start looking like you are wearing a lot of makeup, but with 2 layers it still looks pretty natural :)

  • I love how detailed this tutorial is about Temptu. Thank you :)

  • Ugh... get on with it. You talk to much... get to the PRODUCT... the first 5 mins would have been skipped.

  • some people prefer to have all the info, I appreciate that this video turned out to be very long, but you can just skip to the part that you want :) it's not difficult!

  • @MUFEgirl I so agree with you

  • very helpful thanks, is that a cat in the background on your bed ?

  • yup... he was having a snooze :)

  • or maybe she's a very good speaker

  • @986022 i like how you apologise before issuing an insult! Sooo "authentic"! Personally i like the fact that she gives you usable information. When im in the mood for a rambling video that has little direction i tend to watch the comedy ones!

  • that's perfectly fine.. that is what my reviews are for.. so you can see the results and decide for yourself if it is something you will be interested in. As for my dialogue.. I had a lot to say so I filmed this a couple of times to make sure I remembered to feature all the main points :)

  • ahah i love your cat in the background (:

  • FTC is so annoying!!

  • It is kinda, but I see their point, it is good for you guys to know if people are getting paid for reviews and such :)

  • What/who is the FTC?

  • Federal Trade Commission (U.S.). If you host a blog or something where you review, use, and promote products you have to disclose if you are being paid to promote it or not.

  • Thank you very much!

  • really like the finish of this! coverage is excellent

  • Hello. Please can you tell us what lipstick you are wearing in this video? Many thanks :)

  • Umm I'm just wearing a bit of lipbalm hun :)

  • In that case, I must say you have beautifully pigmented lips! I love the colour, and all your videos generally. Best wishes, take care :) xx

  • LOVED that review, thanks! x

  • Great review Natalya! However, I am glad that I am trained as I wouldn't want to attempt this without it.

  • u dont need foundation

  • Do you recommend using a face primer with this?

  • It is not essential, but if you feel you need it then yes :)

  • Who /what is FTC?

  • Honestly, I thought you look sooo much better before the airbrushing.. you are naturally gorgeous :)

  • aww thank you :)

  • I cant stop staring at your cat.....SO CUTE!!!

  • very cool. i think the only thing that bothers me is that you have to buy their foundation and ive been using the same one for years and id be uncomfortable switching since my skin is so sensitive

  • @nighthawknina86 i totally agree about the foundation...it would be nice if you could refill with other brands...OR that it wasn't so expensive for the refills..i wonder how other airbrush systems compare...yeah you may be saving money on the machine...but if the cost of products is much lower, you'll spend less over time

  • I've thought about this and I guess it really depends how long one air pod of product lasts.. they say it should last a month with every day use so you are paying $55 every 2 months.. I will have to get back to you guys if it runs out quicker than that as I haven't had it long enough yet to know :)

  • Yes, it is a shame you can't use any other foundations with it, but that is usually the case for airbrush makeup, you have to buy a special airbrush foundation as it is much thinner so it won't clog up the nozzle etc. and created an even mist :)

  • Thats awesome you did a really good review on this product too!

  • woooow this is awesome. except i would not know how to control that thing the right way!

but i rly want it..... "/

    gaaaaaaaah.

  • Your eyebrows look great!

  • You probably could correct the yellow undertone with a powder

  • really good review as always!

  • wow I want a blush air brush machine now! I hate that look of pink stripes down my face if i've been a bit sloppy putting it on in the morning! not to sure on the foundation though?-the pods seem a bit pricey!!! I get 8ml in my mascara wand!

  • how can I get these kinds of samples for free, like you did?

  • Hi Gorgeous Natalya your so lucky It seems like a great product ! Maybe in your perfect shade it will cover your tiny freakles more you look beautiful and yes very glowing very natural look oxox Melinda

  • This was a great review - thanks! I actually had no interest in the Temptu till I saw your video and now I'd really like to try it out!

  • ur eyebrows are rlly nice btw lol nice finish too x

  • thank you, I have been trying to get them into shape recently actually :). Always nice when someone notices.. hehe xx

  • haha yeh i always notice eyebrows i have a slight obsession the frame ur face!! but nice work keep it up (tlking bout the vids too :p) x

  • Your absolutely a natural beauty i cant get over it

  • aww thank you so much! x

  • LOVE this video...But i dont think you should start doing real videos about tutorials using this, because not many people have this machine..but good idea about the review and tutorial!

  • Sorry hun, I'm not sure what you mean? I may be featuring it in another video, but apart from that I usually don't do base applications in my videos anyway to save time :)

  • can you use any foundation with that?

  • No, just the temptu foundation pod that I showed in the video.

  • love your nail colours too!!! :)

  • That was really interesting to watch, great review... thank you x

  • thank you for watching!

  • oh my gosh it is expensive! I had never even heard of this! haha Love it x

  • Yes, the price was my main concern... but if you use it every day I think it is worth it for some :)

  • I like your FTC disclaimer lol :) very clever last sentence.

  • haha.. I think I will write them like that.. much more fun. Like writing to an agony aunt :)

  • happy to help :)

  • is it easy and fast to remove that foundation and blush and highlighter? thanks.

  • Yes, you can see me doing it in the video.. your just snap it in and out :)

  • can you get bronzer

  • no, only foundation, blush and highlighter. Though one of the highlighters (meant for dark skin) is a bronze colour that could potentially be a bronzer...

  • something else I was wondering: If eyes were done prior to the makeup would the makeup destroy the eye makeup? Would you recommend to do the eyes after? Would the fallout from the shadows be easy to remove and touched up with the makeup?

  • Yes, I would recommend doing eyes after, as I have done it with mascara on and it made my lashes look grey. As I don't really airbrush area under eye I think it would be easy to clean up fall out with concealer :).
