Good system dude but lordgeorgemaster'sminecart system is much more complex and easier to use. it hold up to 25carts at any given time and carts can be sent and recived at any destination on his map. he will be adding videos of his big project and his minecart system very soon :) take a look

Is it me, or were the old Minecart Boosters better than the modern powered rails?

You would never get that far on one strip of powered rails

@kargaroc386 Of course those were better, but they patched boosters because you were able to travel infinite distances without power, and that seemed to be a bit unfair!

It seems that I just don't like the powered rails very much. Very little momentum, and crafting requires precious gold, which is hard enough to find as it is, makes it nigh impossible to make something as grand as this without mcedit or another hacking utility

@kargaroc386 I agree, it sure makes it a lot too hard, but I can also understand why they did it. To make it more realistic. What i think should be done is removing them and have them make a new engine for minecarts, similar to non-diesel-trains in real life. For example adding powerpoles along the track, but they need to be powered from more than just a simple redstone torch.

@buckslice fantastic system must have taken you ages, thanks for the upload. One small problem I think it's with the new update; fully loaded with carts it launches the first cart to where you get in. It then resets but when I call for another cart it doesn't work. I'll get started on that now, I made a thread (I will link in description) that details pretty well on how to make the new and improved button selection system I just came up with. It has no spaces in between the buttons and isn't much harder to make!

reply if you can please i got one prblem making part of the design when i press 1 of the buttons i dont know how it stays like it because butttons are one second switches and 2 i dont know how you make redstone torches cancel out each other like when you press one it turns of the other
