actually, rain never ends. clouds are made up by water droplets that are so small they just get blown around by the wind and when one water droplet gets big, it falls out of the sky and becomes rain. Now when someone then uses water to boil, the water heats up, becomes steam and floats up, into the cloud and that extra water makes extra bigger droplets which soon falls out and becomes rain.
