Dwaraka was completly destroyed by Mammud of Ghajni in 1000AD. H destroyed every temple and level it to the ground. Before destroyed Dwaraka his historian wrote that "He marveled at the beauty of Dwaraka and said that it would take him at least 200 years to built a city like this" But he had no problem pludering the whole city, Killed millions of helpless, unarmed population and took 500000 woman and children as slaves to Islamic countries around the world.

The temple you see are probably minor ones built later on because Thousands of Ancient Holy temples of Dwaraka were completly destryoed and level to the ground by Mummad Ghajni.
