good christ...you always bend your knees in the swing. If you slide your hips right on your backswing if your a righty, thats where the problems start, because you'll move your head too when you slide them. So by standing with straight legs, you loose a ton of distance and accuracy. BEND YOUR KNEES. But not too much.

you are supposed to slid eback and your head should move with your weight shift (to the side you shift not up or down or nothing) then your head should stay there while you swing through allowing your hips to clear out of the way and your weight to follow through better

Well, no. Two key indicators as to what a golfer is trying to, or will, hit.

1. Face angle relative to the left arm at the top of the swing. Tigers is open relative to his arm....fade

2. Ball flight, obviously, this ball starts just left and as it disappears into the sky moves to the right.
