You've got a lot of potential Mark. A LOT. Take the high road now and you will become the hero of the sport, every dream you have will come true -- but continue as is and soon you will be a pariah, and once you are branded you can never go back.
Before it's too late, rethink. Shift the distribution a little so the talent can breathe.
