Mai was also absent in KOF XI too (she was added in PS2 version of KOF XI, but that doesn't count in the list)

and KOF XI was a cool game, even if Mai and another characters didn't appear, that's something I liked, because SNK tried with new elements

(this one keep the same cast of always, even if their involvement in the history is null)
