@ijustwannacelebrate You use a camera with a high fps rate. So say, 240 fps instead of the average 12. That way, if you slowed it down by 2 times it would be 120 fps. Don't get it confused with being super fast filming though, it just takes more shots of each frame. That's how you get smoother slo-mos.
