The solution to social security is to slowly keep pushing the age that people can receive it back until you have to be 120 years old to get it. Eventually we won't have any social security at all. At the same time you can set up a system of private investment accounts with the surplus this creates. The key to social security is that individuals have to own their own money and it has to be inheritable by their heirs.
