I think it's difficult to get 310 real hp out of a 15G turbo. 280 are more common. Even for a 16T 300 hp are hard to reach. Off course everybody tells how many hp their car has but i have seen many cars on the dyno and the numbers were often disappointing.
If you have a 18T or 19T turbo it's a different story. Then it should be no problem to keep up.
Difference between a 16T and 19T is not that big... 19er blows hard to the redline and the 16T acts a bit smoother around 3000 to 4500 rpm
The automatic gearbox can handle the power of a 19T but you have not as much power as a manual car.
If you want something bigger than a 19T you can take a KKK 24, GT28 or GT30 from Garret. But these turbos need a bit of work and changes to run well = expensive.
Take the 19T, get a MTE custom tuning and enjoy your car.
MTE is a software tuner from sweden. If you have a bigger turbo, you need a ecu tune. BSR and SCT are also good tuners. Search the net and you will find them.
All in all i paid about 6000 $ for the whole change. Injectors, intercooler, turbo, new hoses, exhaust manifold fuel pump ect
As far as a 850 T-5(R) goes, with a 15G, +/- 290 / 420 Nm will be max. 19T, including the works (intercooler/exhaust/filter/injectors/software), +/- 360 HP / 550 Nm will be max.

@yourmomsahomo paid about 28k then. But the car is retired. Drive an S60R now. AWD is good but on the other hand it takes a lot of power.
