Mumia never had a fair trial, and if he had, he would never have been convicted. Anyone with legal training that has ever looked at the original transcripts has come out and said that the courts were in error so many legal points that he should never have been convicted. His notes were updated once they measured the bullet hole.

Well let's see, Mumia was found at the scene with his gun emptied and a bullet wound from Daniel Faulkner's service weapon. The bullets pulled from the gun were a rare .38 +p hollow point ammunition that had lands and grive marks that matched the rifiling characteristics of Mumia's gun.

Actually here is where your wrong. Another witness that was Anthony Beverly that was one of the two killers of officer Faulkner also points that mumia was innocent. The policeman was killed with a 44 caliber gun. Abu-Jamal's gun which he was licensed to carry as a night-time taxi driver, was a 38 caliber.

and yes there was a man name William Singletary, a Vietnam veteran and local businessman, saw the whole incident and has testified that Abu-Jamal was not the shooter. However, the police forced him to change his story and intimidated him into leaving Philadelphia.

Four eyewitnesses who were closer to the scene than anybody not named Cook or Faulkner gave the same exact statements to police less than 30 minuets after the crime and then to the Philly Inquirer(check their archives on the incident). The only witness at street level who testified for the defense was William Singletary, but he gave testimony that described events that were physically impossible and contradicted his statements to police at the scene. Do some homework on the case.
