Jyota se Joyta was in a higher key and much more lively in the 1970s when I lived in the Oakland ashram! There was a guy who played the guitar and it was the kickoff for the evening program and stuff... I still sing it in the shower after 30 years.

This chant is called Jyota se Jyota. It translates loosely as "light my fire with your fire." It refers to one of the main tenets of the siddha yoga practice, that is a person's kundalini can be awakened by the presence or touch or blessing of the guru.
