it's about romance , the girl is showing an attitude to her lover---telling him she is wearing a beautiful baju bandh(arm band, with long dangling beads) and it's all entangling , so she asks him to walk slow..........it's all about the girl showing how delicate and sensous she is.....very old folk song :)
