This scene is from episode 2 entitled "Same Old Story." A rogue scientist who needs to kill women to take out their pituitary glands, gets mad that Peter and Olivia barged in on him. This woman was to be "sacrificed,' when they busted in. The scientist gave her an overdose of anesthesia and took off. Her heart stopped, but Peter saves her life by making a homemade defriblillator and shocking her heart. He is happy here because it worked-he's telling her she's going to be OK :)
