THis video is very educating..I've recently been introduced to the ganoderma lucidum last NOvember and have been drinking and completely switched over to the healthy coffee which I get from Pro Young. I no longer have migraines which I used to pop OTC pills daily and have stopped taking my anxiety pills at the same time..
