It's called "swaying"....

Mainly the producer does it to sell the beat. If it's more than one person doing it, chances are the beat is fire and will undeniably get sold. Producers HAVE TO "sway" because a lot of A&R's and artists will just sit there like they're not interested in the hardest beats so they can lowball you on figures.
