I Feel your pain. I had bought 2 phones and with unlimited internet service. I have found that i am limited to the videos i watch. If it requires flash, it wont work. I was promised that there would be an update. It never happened and they now claim that they don't know anything about it. I have walked into a T-Mobil store and acted like i never had a smart phone before I recorded the sales pitch. listen 4 yourself as they leave out important information, so they can make the sale.
when i cancelled my account with reTard-Mobile my contract was up and they said they were going to send me a new phone for free to be on another contract and they never sent it, so i cancelled my account because they lied and they charged me a Cancellation fee and then i fought for a credit but i called twice about the problem and the IDIOTS gave me 2 credits for -200.00... ha ha
we need to come together and create a nationwide I HATE T MOBLE campaign and show this company the POWER of people ( customers ) they treat customers like shit!! and don't care about our problems

the new T Moble sidekick phone REALL SUCKS do not get this phone the screen go's black it freezes up ther lettering turns green with an x across the sceen and if you try to trouble shoot with customer care from aT Moble they only care about trying to charge youi more.
The Company is still thinking that it was a virus from another company in our danger system that caused the problem, but thanks god technical care solved the issue, am a t mobile rep, its funny because the day the problem came out I answered so many call that I couldnt talk and i had to ask for vacations

T-Mobile's Sidekicks have been using cloud computing for many years using Danger's network. They've worked great for over 5 years.
Microsoft fired all of Danger's employees and moved the cloud from Danger's cloud to Hitachi. Microsoft designed the new cloud and now it's crashed and there are no Danger employees to bring the system back up.
They said it was all supposed to be fixed last night. My phone went back and forth for about 4 hrs. It was working fine until this afternoon and then it started losing connection again.

Yes. Since Danger is the one that actually provides the data service, when the server went down all sidekick users lost data coverage.
