There should be no "gun laws" what so ever not if the 2nd amendment means anything. The government does not want us to have a means for self protection we must ask ourselves why?

Imagine trying to defend your self where 5 criminals with guns came after you. That's what happened to me. I was driving and I came to a stop light and 5 guys surrounded my truck armed with guns. Then the situation got worse and it ended up in a shootout. I was shot 2 times and I killed 3 of the guys. The other 2 ran off and cops finally got them. I still remember it to this day.

What people fail to realize merely because they are not familiar with legal definitions is that when and if this latest bill passes. The one that requires you to "register" your firearm. Look in blacks law dictionary the word register. It means to transfer ownership to someone else. In this case the government. They can come and sieze that firearm at any time they want to all because you voluntarily registered it. Same thing with your car.

I think the real problem is the money making NRA. they have made the most money ever under this administration!! and the more "legal hurdles" the more they ask members for donations to do half assed jobs in congress only to be re visited a couple of years down the line. 16 rounds is hi cap for 9mm but .45's hi cap is 10+ because the rounds are bigger. for rifles it's anything over 10 as Well I believe But I'm not 100%

Well if you read the statistics crime rates in Oz have gone through the roof since they banned guns, same with Britain.
In fact, wherever there's strict gun control crime rates always go up, without exception.
On the other side of the coin, where conceal and carry laws are in effect crime rates plummet.

What people fail to realize merely because they are not familiar with legal definitions is that when and if this latest bill passes. The one that requires you to "register" your firearm. Look in blacks law dictionary the word register. It means to transfer ownership to someone else. In this case the government. They can come and sieze that firearm at any time they want to all because you voluntarily registered it. Same thing with your car.
