you have quoted out of context -this verse was revealed for a specific time and doesn't apply in this time.The Quran is so vast that you need to know the context in which it was revealed.

Quran(5:32)-"whoever kills a soul without [ it's being guilty of ] manslaughter ..it's as though he has killed all mankind, and whoever saves a life is as though he has saved all mankind"
